Data Analyst
The responsibilities of the Data Analyst will include conducting full lifecycle analysis of business processes to include data requirements, activities and design and build of data capture and reporting solutions. The Data Analyst will create, implement, own the data analysis and reporting strategy for the group, delivering data solutions using a number of tools that enable insight and performance monitoring and quality control plans.? The Data Analyst will use data to guide the business through all programmes and initiatives, enabling continuous improvement in data quality, departmental performance and overall business performance.

Colour Development Technician
The Colour Development Technician is accountable to improve production efficiency through pursuit of excellence in all aspects of colour sampling, mixing, matching, and application processes. Chemical Waste Team Leader
This role is specifically targeted to minimise waste, recycle materials and to ensure accurate recording and reporting of all mixes used in production. This is essentially a Process Control role with a high focus on Continuous Improvement.

Engineering Team Leader
The Engineering Team Leader will work alongside the Maintenance Engineers to respond quickly and effectively to the operational maintenance requirements including installations, planned and reactive maintenance. In addition, the Team Leader should monitor and allocate work to the team ensuring that work is prioritised efficiently and is carried out in a safe manner. This role involves coaching and mentoring the team, as well as developing strong working relationships within the team and with other functions to ensure that the Engineering department can deliver on its goals and can continuously improve.

Lead Production Supervisor
The role of the Lead Production Supervisor is to assist the Production Manager in ensuring the safe and operational efficiency of day-to-day production which guarantees optimum performance, achieving all production KPI’s, and fulfil customer demands whilst ensuring all company procedures and compliances (both internal and external) are fully met. The Lead Production Supervisor will also work, in conjunction with the Production Manager, on a variety of projects related to ongoing organisational improvements including, but not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality, Workplace Organisation, Environmental and Sustainability.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
To contribute and drive the continuous improvement of all maintenance activities to ensure plant efficiency is kept to an optimum level at all times. To ensure that all electrical and mechanical maintenance needs are met or exceeded to the level set by the Engineering Manager and partake in all improvement initiatives where applicable. Recycling Plant Engineer
The Recycling Plant Engineer will operate and manage the process and machinery of the Recycling Plant. This includes various equipment from our Waste Water, Energy from Waste and Rendering Plant. The engineer will ensure that the Plant is operated safely and is effectively maintained. The principle purpose of the role is to ensure that the Plant operates continuously within the limits of the air and water discharge consent at all times.
