Equal Opportunities
We’re committed to upholding equality across the group.
We have strict ethical standards and equality practices across the Group. This begins with gender and age equality, with equal pay for equivalent roles, and extends across all of our behaviours. Equal pay. Equal rights. Equal in everything.
Equality matters.
Equality doesn’t just extend to our teams. We make it our mission to take that wherever we operate in the world, and our Code of Conduct guarantees that all of our suppliers adhere to equal opportunities standards too.
When it comes to equality, we recognise there is a gender gap in our industry that we want to fill. Science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) forms the backbone of leather manufacture.
Our dedicated team works with local schools and engages with community fairs, educating students of all genders, and from all socio-economic backgrounds about the leather making process - and how STEM subjects are vital across our industry.
It’s our aim to recruit the next generation of leather technologists, and bridge the gender gap in STEM industries.
